Air Excellence is a comprehensive indoor air quality restoration service designed to rapidly remove airborne contaminants, odors, particulates, and microbial pollutants from residential and commercial spaces. This service combines multiple advanced technologies to restore the breathing environment to a clean, safe, and healthy condition.

Equipment & Process
Air Excellence uses a strategic combination of high-performance filtration and purification technologies:

• Hydroxyl Generator Treatment
  Hydroxyl radicals are introduced to safely neutralize airborne bacteria, viruses, mold spores, VOCs, and odors throughout the treated space.

• 400 CFM HEPA Filtration (Minimum of 6 Machines)
  Each HEPA unit provides 400 cubic feet per minute of true HEPA filtration, capturing 99.97% of particulates down to 0.3 microns. A minimum of six units are deployed to ensure rapid and complete air turnover for spaces up to and beyond 2,500 square feet.

• Activated Charcoal Filtration
  Activated carbon filtration runs for a minimum of 6 hours, targeting chemicals, gases, and odor-causing compounds to leave the air fresh and neutral.

Service Duration
The full Air Excellence process operates continuously for 6 hours, ensuring that the interior environment is thoroughly scrubbed and purified. After this treatment period, the indoor air quality is restored to a contamination-free, clean, and breathable condition.

• Base Price: $500 for spaces up to 2,500 sq ft

• Additional Area: $100 for each 0–500 sq ft beyond the initial 2,500 sq ft
